About Godly Play Anywhere

Standard Godly Play materials are the "original" size designed for display on low shelving. This size is the most common choice for a classic Godly Play room setup as described in The Complete Guide to Godly Play.

Godly Play Small materials are about half the size of standard materials and often come with a closed box, making them a more self-contained, portable option. These materials are well suited to doing Godly Play with very small groups or 1:1, and are commonly used at home, taken on vacations, or packed for visiting nursing home residents or storytelling on the go.

Godly Play Large materials are perfect for large group presentations. They are 3-4x the size of standard materials. This size is most commonly used by storytellers presenting a story in big intergenerational spaces like sanctuaries or revivals. Godly Play Large is also a popular choice for VBS and camp.

This website (“Site”) is operated by Godly Play Foundation. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Godly Play Foundation. Godly Play Foundation offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 6 - SALES TAX On June 21, 2018, the U.S. Supreme Court issued its opinion in South Dakota v. Wayfair, a landmark sales and use tax nexus case for online sellers. The Court ruled that states can require out-of-state sellers to collect sales or use tax on sales to customers in that state. In compliance with this ruling, Godly Play Resources currently collects and pays sales tax in the following states:

If you are tax exempt according to your state's regulations, email proof of tax exemption to shop@godlyplayfoundation.org. This must be done prior to your purchase. Sales tax cannot be removed or refunded after confirmation of an order.

SECTION 7 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
