SECTION 6 - SALES TAX and OTHER FEES On June 21, 2018, the U.S. Supreme Court issued its opinion in South Dakota v. Wayfair, a landmark sales and use tax nexus case for online sellers. In compliance with this ruling, Godly Play Resources currently collects and pays sales tax in the following states:

California
Indiana
Kansas
Massachusetts
North Carolina
Texas
Washington

If you are tax exempt according to your state's regulations, email proof of tax exemption to shop@godlyplayfoundation.org. This must be done prior to your purchase. Sales tax cannot be removed or refunded after confirmation of an order.

International Taxes and Fees: You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, tax, handling, customs clearance or other charge required by your country for importing consumer goods. We are unable to collect these fees beforehand and cannot give you an estimate of the cost as charges vary by locality. As an international consumer, please ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs by researching beforehand. If you are unsure, check with your local postal or customs office for more information. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipping costs.

SECTION 7 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
