SECTION 6 - SALES TAX and OTHER FEES On June 21, 2018, the U.S. Supreme Court issued its opinion in South Dakota v. Wayfair, a landmark sales and use tax nexus case for online sellers. The Court ruled that states can require out-of-state sellers to collect sales or use tax on sales to customers in that state. In compliance with this ruling, Godly Play Resources currently collects and pays sales tax in the following states:

If you are tax exempt according to your state's regulations, email proof of tax exemption to shop@godlyplayfoundation.org. This must be done prior to your purchase. Sales tax cannot be removed or refunded after confirmation of an order.

International Taxes and Fees: You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, tax, handling, customs clearance or other charge required by your country for importing consumer goods. We are unable to collect these fees beforehand and cannot give you an estimate of the cost as charges vary by locality. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipping costs.
