SECTION 6 - SALES TAX On June 21, 2018, the U.S. Supreme Court issued its opinion in South Dakota v. Wayfair, a landmark sales and use tax nexus case for online sellers. As between Godly Play Foundation and you, all text, graphics, button icons, images, audio clips, and software within the Site (collectively, ‘Content’), other than content provided by you, belongs exclusively to Godly Play Foundation. The collection, arrangement, and assembly of all Content (the ‘Compilation’) belongs exclusively to Godly Play Foundation. The Content and the Compilation are all protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. The use of any of our trademarks or service marks without our express written consent is strictly prohibited. You may not use our trademarks or service marks in connection with any product or service in any way that is likely to cause confusion. You may not use our trademarks or service marks in any manner that disparages or discredits us. You may not use any of our trademarks or service marks in meta tags without prior explicit consent. SECTION 17 - Procedure for Reporting Copyright Infringements: If you believe that content residing on or accessible through the Godly Play Foundation Site infringes a copyright, please send a notice of copyright infringement containing the following information to shop@godlyplayfoundation.org or Godly Play Foundation, ATTN: Copyright Agent, P.O. Box 563, 122 W. 8th Street, Ashland, Kansas 67831: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that has been allegedly infringed; Identification of works or materials being infringed; Identification of the content that is claimed to be infringing including information regarding the location of the content that the copyright owner seeks to have removed, with sufficient detail so that Godly Play Foundation is capable of finding and verifying its existence; Contact information about the notifier including address, telephone number and, if available, e-mail address; A statement that the notifier has a good faith belief that the content is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and the notifying party is authorized to make the complaint on behalf of the copyright owner.

SECTION 18 - SEVERABILITY In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions. SECTION 19 - TERMINATION The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
