Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 6 - SALES TAX and OTHER FEES On June 21, 2018, the U.S. Supreme Court issued its opinion in South Dakota v. Wayfair, a landmark sales and use tax nexus case for online sellers. The Court ruled that states can require out-of-state sellers to collect sales or use tax on sales to customers in that state. In compliance with this ruling, Godly Play Resources currently collects and pays sales tax in the following states:

If you are tax exempt according to your state's regulations, email proof of tax exemption to shop@godlyplayfoundation.org. This must be done prior to your purchase. Sales tax cannot be removed or refunded after confirmation of an order.

International Taxes and Fees: You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, tax, handling, customs clearance or other charge required by your country for importing consumer goods. We are unable to collect these fees beforehand and cannot give you an estimate of the cost as charges vary by locality. As an international consumer, please ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs by researching beforehand. If you are unsure, check with your local postal or customs office for more information. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipping costs.

Box 563, 122 W. 8th Street, Ashland, Kansas 67831: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that has been allegedly infringed; Identification of works or materials being infringed; Identification of the content that is claimed to be infringing including information regarding the location of the content that the copyright owner seeks to have removed, with sufficient detail so that Godly Play Foundation is capable of finding and verifying its existence; Contact information about the notifier including address, telephone number and, if available, e-mail address; A statement that the notifier has a good faith belief that the content is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and the notifying party is authorized to make the complaint on behalf of the copyright owner.
